Give us a quick call (07 929 70 40) or send us an email regarding your requirements.
After we've had an initial chat and got to know each other a bit better, we will brainstorm your ideas and requirements. We will then get back to you with a quote to let you know what costs and turn-around time to expect. Usually the whole web development process takes between 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the site. This could be less or more, depending on how complicated your requirements are, how quickly you submit the requested material and how quickly you respond to revisions.
Based on our initial meeting or chat, we will review your biggest competitors web sites and marketing materials. We will then evaluate what we like and dislike about your competitors design and direction, and start brainstorming ways to create a superior design that will attract your target market and bring new customers.
We will require you to submit to us all of the content that you will want displayed on your web site. This will include all the text copy, your logos, and any additional photos or graphics you would like to include in your web site.
We will then review your content and make suggestions for the layout and structure of your web site, including navigation system, stock photography, etc.
Based on our previous meetings and discussions, we will work on design concepts for your new website. You will then be able to choose from different design ideas which we will send you as a graphic images (*.jpg), for you to review.
Once you have chosen your web site concept, you may want to revise the layout, colours, fonts, design-elements, or navigation system - make a list of the revisions that you would like implemented and discuss them with us. We will then make the necessary changes to the web site and resend them to you.
Once the main web site concept is finalised, all the other pages are being created based on the layout/look of the main web site. We will then add your contents and create all the necessary links and page navigation.
We will now upload your nearly completed website to our testserver so you can have a look at it in a "real world" environment. The site will only be visible to you on one of our sub domains i.e. yoursite.smartrange.co.nz
This is your chance to do a final review of your complete web site. If you have further changes to make, make a list of revisions you would like implemented and discuss them with us.
When all revisions are made, the entire web site is uploaded to your own domain. You will then need to review your (live version) of the web site one final time, before the design process of your web site is considered complete.
But it doesn't stop here - we are here to help and support you with any aspects you may have regarding your brand new website. Just give us a call or send an email and we will take it from there.
